Messenger, Joy Bernice (nee Barnstaple)
Peacefully at Bethell Hospice on Friday, August 12, 2016 at the age of 72. Beloved wife of the late George Messenger (2014). Dear mother of Cheryl Meyer (André) and Nicole Messenger-Lehmann (Carl). Cherished grandma of Tyler and Rachael. Remembered by her sisters Janet Lister (Len) and Susan Hennigar (Paul). Joy will be greatly missed by other relatives and many friends. A special thank you to all who supported and cared for our mother.

Visitation will be held at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 21 First Street, Orangeville on Monday, August 15, 2016 from 2:00-4:00 and 7:00-9:00 pm.
Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday at 10:30 am.
Interment to follow at Forest Lawn Cemetery.
Memorial donations to Dufferin Hospice or Bethell Hospice Foundation would be appreciated by the family.

A tree will be planted in memory of Joy in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. A dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 11, 2016 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
