Passed away peacefully with his family by his side at Headwaters Health Care Centre on Tuesday, January 23, 2018 in his 81st year. Born in Orangeville, Ontario. Predeceased by his parents Albert and Ruby, and his sister Laura Jean Tovell. Loving husband of Barb. Dear father of Steve (Corry-Ann), Ralph (Joanne), Diane (Harry), Karen (Bob) and Kevin (Kathy). Beloved grandpa of B.J. (Melissa), Becky, Amy, Darren, Courtney, Brenden, Vanessa, Taylor, Maddy, Corey, Nathan and great-grandpa of Logan. Loved brother of Elsie Kinsley and Audrey McIntyre. Beloved Milkman and Coach. James will also be greatly missed by other relatives and many friends.

A Memorial Visitation will be held at the Dods & McNair Funeral Home, Chapel & Reception Centre, 21 First St., Orangeville on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. Memorial donations to Headwaters Health Care Foundation would be appreciated by the family.

A tree will be planted in memory of James in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville. A dedication service will be held on Sunday, September 9, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. Condolences may be offered to the family at www.dodsandmcnair.com
