Memorial Leaf of Life Program

Dods & McNair Funeral Home & Chapel in partnership with the CVC Foundation have a project to install leaves on a cedar wall in the Dods & McNair Memorial Forest at Island Lake Conservation Area.

This Leaf Program provides an opportunity to commemorate the life of a loved one by placing a leaf on the wall with their name engraved on it.

The type of leaves available to choose from are two Native Tree Species, Sugar Maple or Oak in one of these colours: red, gold, orange or yellow.

Please allow 2 weeks for installation of the memorial leaf from the time of order.

Cost of the leaf:

• The cost of the Memorial Leaf is $25.00 which includes the cost of the leaf, the cost of engraving, installation, maintenance and all applicable taxes.
• Cheques are made payable to the Credit Valley Conservation Foundation and can be mailed or dropped off at Dods & McNair Funeral Home & Chapel, 21 First St., Orangeville, ON L9W 2C8. Payment may also be made by cash or Credit Card.

Considerations:

The Leaf will be provided by Credit Valley Conservation and remains the property of Credit Valley Conservation.
